1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Moveit platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is owned and operated by Tina Hudobivnik s.p., located at Letenice 9, 4204 Golnik, Slovenia (Tax ID / DŠ: 21468176, Registration No. / MŠ: 9363785000, registered since 01.04.2023). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service and Platform Role

Moveit serves strictly as an online marketplace and mediator connecting users ("Users") with independent sports facilities ("Facilities").

We do not own, operate, or manage the Facilities listed on the Platform.
We do not process any payments. All financial transactions, payments, and potential refunds are handled directly at and by the respective Facilities.
We act merely as an intermediary to facilitate the booking of time slots.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Reservations: Users can browse and reserve available time slots at various Facilities.
Payments: As the Platform does not mediate payments, you must settle any fees directly with the Facility according to their specific payment terms.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies are defined by the individual Facilities. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the specific cancellation rules of the Facility you book. Moveit is not responsible for any penalties, no-show fees, or disputes arising from cancelled or missed bookings.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Respect the rules, regulations, and terms provided by the individual Facilities you visit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tina Hudobivnik s.p. shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the Facilities.
Any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or quality of service between you and a Facility.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
